This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Return Policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All products offered for sale are either in stock or marked as out of stock at the time of purchase. Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully completed and the item is available for fulfilment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We ship to selected countries including the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and various European destinations. Orders are fulfilled from warehouses located in the United Kingdom, United States, European Union, or China, depending on your delivery address and stock availability. Orders are shipped from the nearest available fulfilment location where possible. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team before placing an order.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses, including APO, FPO, or BFPO addresses. Orders must be placed using a valid residential or commercial street address. Any orders submitted with restricted address types may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded if a suitable delivery address is not provided.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and package weight. Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, VAT, or other local taxes imposed by your country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and remain the customer’s responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you where reasonably possible and provide an updated estimate if available. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance processes, strikes, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a verified fault, damage, or incorrect item, in which case return shipping will be covered in accordance with the Return Policy.
