Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Return Policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled prior to delivery. However, cancellation after dispatch does not remove a customer’s right to return the item in accordance with applicable law and our Return Policy.

 

Where a customer notifies us of their intention to cancel an order after dispatch but before delivery, the return will be treated as a change-of-mind return once the item has been delivered. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified fault, damage, or incorrect item.

 

Customers are entitled to inspect the product as they would in a physical retail store. However, where a customer has already notified us of their intention to cancel, any use of the product beyond basic inspection may be considered handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the product or its packaging has been used, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect the resulting loss in value. Any deduction applied will be proportionate to the condition of the item at the time it is received by us.

 

For customers in the United Kingdom and European Union, cancelling an order after delivery is treated as an exercise of the statutory right to cancel a distance contract. Customers must notify us within fourteen days of receiving the goods and return the item in accordance with our Return Policy. Refunds will be processed subject to any permitted deductions for diminished value where the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

 

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment taken will be refunded to the original payment method. If an order has already been dispatched, refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected in accordance with our Return Policy.

 

Orders marked as out of stock cannot be purchased until inventory becomes available. We do not accept deposits, partial payments, or advance payments for out-of-stock items unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

 

For customers in the United States, cancellation and refund rights are governed by the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable federal and state laws.
